Pay Bill / Dues

Disregard any assessment due payment requests issued by Silver Home or anything generated from "Appfolio", they do not represent or manage our community.

Homeowner assessment dues are $130 every six months. Due January 31st for the first half of the year, and due July 31st for the second half of the year. If you'd prefer to pay annually, simply double the amount, the remainder will be recorded as account credit and automatically applied to the second half. Email invoices for first half of the next year should arrive early December, followed by paper invoices mid-December - and if paid early (by December 31st) will receive a $5 discount. A similar early payment discount applies for the second half.

If you'd like to pay by check, please wait for the paper invoice, or print one out from the PayHOA portal. It includes a return stub that makes processing more efficent. Our lockbox check processing service is located in West Sacramento, California. If any checks are mailed to our Tucson HOA mailbox, they will be noted and automatically forwarded to the lockbox service.
